Secure Device

The business moves from informal knowledge of laptops to a maintained device record with owner, status, patch position, endpoint protection status, encryption checks, and monthly device evidence.

Secure Support

The device baseline is joined by fair-use remote IT support during UK business hours, standard Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and practical joiner/leaver support for normal business churn.

Secure Complete

The support rhythm adds Cyber Essentials readiness tracking across firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection, and security update management.

Add-ons

Extra remote support, device setup, tenant hardening, backup monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and out-of-hours remote emergency support are priced separately when they sit outside the agreed package.

What not to assume

Kindura is remote-only by design. Onsite visits, cabling, office fit-outs, physical printer installation, hardware repair, device courier management, server room work, in-person Cyber Essentials Plus assessment activity, and deep forensic incident response are outside the core packages unless separately agreed.

Secure Support includes fair-use remote support, not open-ended cover or fixed public response commitments. Project work, complex migrations, specialist software support, major incidents, out-of-hours support, and work outside the agreed boundary are billed separately.

Secure Complete supports Cyber Essentials readiness. Certification fees, formal assessment, and Cyber Essentials Plus are separate unless explicitly included in a proposal.
