Website Terms

Last updated: 22 May 2026

These terms explain how the Kindura website, public resources, enquiries, and booking journey may be used. Separate written terms apply before any paid service begins.

About these terms

These are website terms. They apply to your use of www.kindura.co.uk, including public resources, enquiry forms, and booking links.

They are not full managed-service terms and do not create a client relationship by themselves. Paid Kindura services, onboarding work, support scope, security activity, pricing, payment terms, data-processing arrangements, service levels, exclusions, and responsibilities must be agreed separately in a proposal, order form, contract, or service agreement.

Using the website

You may use the website for normal business evaluation of Kindura's remote managed IT support and cyber control services. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or use it in a way that infringes rights or breaches applicable law.

Kindura may restrict, block, suspend, or investigate access where website use appears abusive, automated, malicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Website content

The website provides general commercial information about Kindura's remote services for UK SMEs. It is provided for orientation only and does not replace tailored technical, legal, regulatory, insurance, certification, procurement, or security advice.

Kindura aims to keep public information clear and accurate, but website content may be updated, corrected, withdrawn, or superseded by a written proposal or service agreement. You should not make operational, legal, compliance, or security decisions based only on public website content.

Service enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not guarantee that Kindura will provide services. Kindura may decline work that is outside scope, unsuitable, incomplete, unsafe, or not commercially appropriate.

Any proposal, package, price, onboarding route, add-on, or service description is subject to written confirmation. Public pricing or package information is normally for orientation and may depend on scope, user count, device count, onboarding needs, exclusions, and the written terms agreed with the client.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, confidential client data, regulated data, or detailed system access information through public forms, email notes, or booking notes. Sensitive operational access should only be shared through an agreed secure process.

Service boundaries

Kindura's website describes services such as remote managed IT support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace support, device visibility and management, onboarding and offboarding support, patching oversight, access management, reporting, and Cyber Essentials readiness support.

Website descriptions do not imply unlimited support, guaranteed certification, onsite work, emergency incident response, specialist software support, hardware repair, cabling, data recovery, or project work unless those items are expressly included in writing.

Clients remain responsible for business decisions, approvals, lawful use of their systems, user communication, supplier relationships, licensing, backups, and internal governance unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Kindura name, website design, copy, resources, logos, diagrams, structure, and other public materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may view and share public pages for normal business evaluation. You must not copy, resell, rebrand, frame, or reuse substantial parts of the website or resources for competing commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed third-party services such as booking, hosting, analytics, calendar, video meeting, or resource platforms. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have separate terms and privacy notices.

Kindura is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites that are linked from public pages.

Availability

Kindura aims to keep the website available and useful, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, or that public content will always remain available.

Kindura may change, suspend, archive, or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

Liability

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindura does not accept liability for loss arising from use of the website, inability to access the website, or reliance on public website content without a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy and cookies

Kindura's Privacy Policy explains how personal data submitted through the website and booking journey is handled.

Kindura's Cookies Policy explains the site's current approach to cookies, similar storage technologies, analytics events, and the optional Calendly booking embed.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms, unless mandatory law gives you another right.

Changes

Kindura may update these terms as the website, service model, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
